THE BREAD HOUSE III
WHEN THERE'S NO MORE BREAD IN THE BREAD HOUSE
Part 3
Explanation of terminologies
The House of Bread is the church
The bread is the presence of God(His Glory)
The ingredient to bake the bread is the word of truth, holiness, righteousness, brokenness, and genuine repentance.
The bakers are the priest
When there's no more bread in the bread house, it means there is no more presence of God(His Glory) in the church. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Don't crucify me yet. I will explain that we are too religious to understand some things about God; I can't say we are too spiritual because a man cannot exceed and neither exhaust the levels of spirituality, but you can be over-religious.
So, saying the presence of God is missing in the church might sound awkward but I will show us this reality in the scriptures.
1 Samuel 4 is one of the scriptures that explains this concept to us.
As a student of the bible, it is not new to us that the ark of God signifies the presence of God among His people in the Old Testament.
This is a symbol of the Emmanuel (God with us), unlike now that God is no more in a box, but we(believers) are the carriers of God.
So, in the Old Testament, whenever the Israelites went to war with the ark, they always conquered, and no one dared to touch the ark of God except the Kohathite, and they would have to sanctify themselves before carrying it... Even in the Tabernacle, the Chief Priest only goes in once a year, and not without sacrifice, and before entering, he would have to make the smoke of incense thick in the holy of holies so that he would not have direct contact with the Ark( glory of God) less he dies.
This Ark of God was placed in a room by the Philistines with the god of the Philistines called Dagon, but the god fell before the Ark. 1sam.5:2-5.
Uzzah touched this Ark in 2Sam. 6-8 and was smitten.
I hope we see this too as evidence; now the question is why the Philistines took the Ark of God in 1sam.4 and nothing happens.
Meanwhile don't forget before this chapter whenever they went to war with the Ark they won and this is their belief that made them go up to Shiloh to bring that Ark. 1Sam. 4:3
But, God didn't go with their battle even though the ark was present; the manifest presence of God was not available by this parameter, which, due to sins, the same occurrence is happening in the church today.
Only the history of yesterday's manifestation is available, no fresh ones.
